Varios Botones De Opcion

EL ASUNTO ES EL SIGUIENTE:
NECESITO COLOCAR EN UNA HOJA TRES JUEGOS DE BOTONES DE OPCION, PERO CADA JUEGO INDEPENDIENTE DEL OTRO DANDO UN RESULTADO POR CADA JUEGO DE BOTONES.

En la hoja poner la barra de herramientas Formularios (Ver/Barra de Herramientas / Formularios), supongamos que ponemos 12 opciones y queremos tres grupos de 4, bien, los pasos a seguir son...
