Estoy creando una macro con excel:

If ActiveCell = Empty Then
End Sub
End If
Do While ActiveCell <> Empty...

Sin entrar en mayores consideraciones respecto al código empleado, y para eliminar el error prueba así:

Sub findelibro()
Range("A1").Select
If ActiveCell = Empty Then
Exit Sub
End If...

Otra variante sería prescindir de findelibro haciendo lo siguiente:

Sub Macro1()
Select Case IsEmpty(Range("a1"))
  Case False...

Y, si lo queremos más reducido, podría intentarse:

Sub Macro1()
    [b2].Copy Cells(1 + WorksheetFunction.CountA([a:a]), "a")
End Sub
